TERMS & CONDITIONS

New Students:

Please book via the website or my Acuity calendar https://rosievox.as.me 

Find a slot that suits you, once booked you'll receive confirmation and more information about the session.

For new in-person lessons, please book a 15 Minute Zoom consultation first.

New Students/Group Classes - Please pay when booking through Paypal/Square.

Do email me about regular weekly slots and bulk discounts.

Students - Use the code VOX for a discount on individual lessons.

Returning Students:

Ad hoc returning students may use the calendar system to manage appointments and click 'Pay Later' to pay directly.

Regular students, please give at least four weeks notice if you would like to stop lessons, you can pay weekly or in bulk.

Payment & Cancellation:

You must give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, or the full lesson price will be charged.

If ‘Paid Later’ was selected when booking through Acuity or you are paying directly, payment must be made 24 hours in advance of your lesson time.
If not, Acuity will send payment reminders with an invoice link to pay.
