YOGA FOR SINGERS & VOICE USERS
Allowing singers to explore and free their voice, body and mind through yoga, breath work and vocal techniques. Vox Yoga is a holistic approach to voice training, considering the voice as a whole instrument. Exploring how to connect the body, breath, mind and voice, allows a singer to embody their performance and sing in a healthy and expressive way. Rosie uses elements of yoga including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and mindfulness, combined with traditional vocal exercises, for a full body session.
Rosie’s interest in Yoga for Singers started from a fascination in how the voice worked and further studying of vocal anatomy and physiology. Having tried yoga on and off, Rosie deepened her practice in 2014 and realised how much better her voice felt after each class. Not only did her body feel more free, but a different mindset and awareness of the breath and the body made such a difference to her singing. This led Rosie to become a Certified 500hr Yoga Teacher and start to focus on the body-voice connection. Through continued teaching, training and studying, Rosie leads group workshops and lessons helping singers to really find and free their voice.

Body | Breath | Mind | Voice is a self-paced online course designed for singers and voice-users who want to develop their voice holistically. Through four 60-minute classes, it guides you to release physical tension, connect with breath, cultivate mindful presence, and explore vocal expression as an integrated instrument.
The programme blends movement, breathwork, meditation, and vocal exercises to create a balanced and embodied approach to singing. With lifetime access, you can revisit the practices anytime, building lasting confidence, freedom, and connection in your voice.

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
Rosie’s 1-to-1 lessons are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced voice user. Each session begins with a personalised consultation and gentle warm-up to assess your needs, before moving into a tailored mix of vocal techniques and yoga-inspired practices. You’ll explore breath control, tension release, vocal stamina, and body–voice connection, with tools to build confidence, reduce fatigue, and manage performance anxiety. With an inclusive, welcoming approach, Rosie creates a safe space for singers, actors, speakers, and anyone who uses their voice regularly to unlock greater freedom, strength, and ease.
